Ian Wright has questioned Harry Kane’s motivations for remaining at Tottenham Hotspur.

With his lone goal against Fulham on Monday night, Kane drew level with Jimmy Greaves as Tottenham’s joint all-time leading striker.

Despite his remarkable goal-scoring record, Kane’s personal efforts have yet to be rewarded with trophies.

Kane, the England national team captain, still has 18 months left on his current contract.

Despite Tottenham’s current situation, the striker is thought to be keen to extend his contract at the London Stadium.

Manchester United are interested in bringing the England international to Old Trafford this summer.

“I still believe Harry has the ability to score goals at an alarming rate in the right club,” Wright told Premier League Productions.

“I watched Manchester United and I’m thinking Harry Kane with this team makes a tremendous impact.

“When I look at him, I think he’s committing himself to perhaps not winning anything if he signs for Tottenham,” he remarked.
