A historic Biafran Self Referendum Convention, known as BSRC 2023, has been declared by Simon Ekpa, a well-known separatist and pro-Biafra activist.
The Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government, Ekpa, a lawyer based in Finland, announced this on Saturday via his official Twitter account.

He claims that this will be the first time Biafrans have ever gathered in Finland.
Ekpa has persisted in demonstrating his unwavering dedication to accomplishing the Biafra referendum and calling for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
“Biafrans everywhere, get set. The First Ever Biafra Self Referendum Convention BSRC 2023 is now taking place in Finland. Get ready; the time, date, and place will be revealed soon,” he added.
