Governor Alex Otti has opened three roads in Aba that the Abia State government rebuilt.

The MCC by Old Express Road, Umuimo Road, and Udeagbala Road—a bypass that passes past the Abia State University Teaching Hospital and diverts traffic from Aba’s congested roadways—were the roads that the governor officially opened on Sunday.

The governor of Abia made a speech during the ceremony and stated that his administration is creating strong and long-lasting infrastructure, adding that project completion would help the state’s economy flourish.

Otti stated that his administration was cautious in choosing reputable civil engineering firms for the three highways, despite the fact that he claimed that other road projects in Aba had previously been given to “inexperienced construction companies.”

He mentioned that he had promised Aba’s citizens and investors the road development as part of his campaign.

The governor of Abia promised that his continuing program of road development and renovation would not overlook any area of Abia State.

More roads will be constructed in the city of Enyimba, Otti pledged, adding that the only people who can hold him accountable are God and the electorate.

Consequently, he ordered the people of Aba to pay their taxes on a regular basis to the government so that he might construct more buildings.
