Parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) would lose electricity for seven hours, according to the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) announcement on Saturday.
The power outage is being caused so that the maintenance staff can perform planned preventive maintenance on the 132/33kV 2X100MVA Power Transformers in the Apo Transmission Substation. This was confirmed in a statement by Ndidi Mbah, TCN General Manager, Public Affairs, which was released on Saturday.
