Ancelotti praises Real Madrid star on his return to form

Carlo Ancelotti, manager of Real Madrid, has praised Rodrygo for his play in Saturday’s LaLiga match against Rayo Vallecano.

Impressively, Real Madrid’s Rodrygo scored a goal and assisted on another in their match against the hosts.

In a 3-3 tie, he was joined in scoring by fellow Los Blancos teammates Jude Bellingham and Fede Valverde. Following an injury, the Brazilian international has just returned to action.

Ancelotti stated in his post-match interview that Rodrygo is currently performing at a high level.

Rodrygo is back to his best, and I couldn’t be happier with his performance. I think we have a great future ahead of us; now we just need to have a great year-end,” Ancelotti stated.

“Winning the Club World Cup would be the cherry on top of an already impressive year, and we have a fantastic chance to do it on Wednesday.”
