The Christian organization stated, “We mourn the loss of the Pastor and condemn the kidnapping of worshipers who were merely exercising their religious freedom to worship.”
“We applaud the security agencies for their prompt response to the tragedy and demand more efforts to catch all of the offenders.
“We call on the different security organizations to improve their watchfulness over places of worship during religious gatherings and to offer sufficient security measures for worshipers. CAN implores citizens to keep looking to God for assistance rather than becoming disheartened by recent setbacks. The impacted families, churches, and communities are in our thoughts and prayers.
