In an attempt to beat Real Madrid to the signing of Kylian Mbappe in the summer, former Tottenham Hotspur striker Darren Bent has proposed that Arsenal sell both Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus, or Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard.
After it was revealed that Mbappe will not be extending his contract with PSG at the conclusion of the season, the best clubs in Europe were on high alert.

Although Real Madrid appears to be the captain of France’s preferred destination, rumors have indicated that Mbappe is considering Arsenal as a viable option, as he may be enticed to emulate his idol, Thierry Henry.
Of course, selling important players would be necessary for Arsenal to meet Mbappe’s wage demands.
Bent thinks the Gunners ought to think about sacrificing the aforementioned names in order to get the money they need.

“I’m not given up on Odegaard and Saka. Bent stated on talkSPORT, “I would give up Gabriel Jesus and Saka, or Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard.
That hurts me because, although Saka is an academy graduate, you are discussing perhaps the world’s finest player, who is still relatively young.
“You’d have [Mbappe] as a center-forward who could play on the right side as well as smash goals into the net.”
