Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has stated that Kevin De Bruyne is no longer the solution to all of the team’s problems.
Guardiola has stated that he is willing to let go of the midfielder.
De Bruyne has established a talismanic presence for City throughout his eight-year stay at the Etihad.

The Belgian is now 31 years old, and Guardiola has changed his method slightly after adding Erling Haaland in the summer of 2022.
“We’ve known each other for seven years. I can tell when Kevin is ready and when he isn’t. We occasionally require a different type of player in that position. We sometimes need more players in the boxes, and Kevin struggles a little in that area.
“There’s a lot of competition among the squad. Some games require a special player, which Kevin, for example, struggles with,” Guardiola explained.
