Frank the manager of Brentford says Onyeka is prepared to play Liverpool

When the Bees play Liverpool in the Premier League, Frank Onyeka will be available, which excites Brentford manager Thomas Frank.

This week, Onyeka returned to West London after competing in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Now, there’s a chance the 26-year-old will play against Jurgen Klopp’s team.

The return of Yoane Wissa, a forward from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, has also helped Brentford.

For Nigeria in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations finals, Onyeka was a crucial player.

The defensive midfielder played 608 minutes overall and started each of Nigeria’s seven competition games.

In addition, Onyeka made the most tackles (14) and interceptions (11) of any player in the competition.

Frank stated, “It’s good to have them in training because they’ve been important and good for us,” according to the club’s official website.

“They returned full of vitality, having experienced amazing things in a multitude of ways.

“They didn’t place first and third, which is unfortunate, but we are really proud of them and what they accomplished.”
