Christian Pulisic has been named as the youngster who will flourish under incoming Chelsea boss Graham Potter by former Tottenham goalkeeper Brad Friedel.
Under Thomas Tuchel, the recently fired and replaced coach at Chelsea, Pulisic did not have a pleasant experience.

The USA international frequently found himself on the sidelines. He has had some success as a replacement but hasn’t quite lived up to expectations.
Friedel stated in an interview with Betway (via GOAL) that “From a United States fan standpoint, I want Pulisic to play more and to perform well at the World Cup. Since things weren’t going very well in terms of starts and time on the field for the players, Thomas Tuchel’s departure may really be to his advantage.
“Again, I don’t know what Graham Potter thinks of him, but he is a new head coach, so I’m sure that at some point, he will give him a chance,” he continued. He could, however, be among the athletes who genuinely gains from a change in coaching.
