Oladeinde Arogbofa, the former Chief of Staff (CoS) of former President Goodluck Jonathan, has passed away.
At the age of 72, retired Brigadier General Arogbofa passed away early on Saturday morning.

On November 10, 1952, he was born in Oka-Akoko, Ondo State.
In 1973, Arogbofa received his commission in the Nigerian Army.
From February 10, 2014, to May 29, 2015, he served as Jonathan’s COS.

Arogbofa attended a number of universities, including the University of Alabama, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Obafemi Awolowo University, the University of Lagos, and the University of Ibadan.
Arogbofa headed the Center for Research, Information Management and Media Development, or CRIMMD, until his passing.
