The Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro, should be kept on by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), according to sports executive Tayo Adeyemo.
According to him, Paseiro’s contract extension will enable the Super Eagles to get ready for the upcoming AFCON sooner.

In an interview with NAN on Wednesday in Lagos, Adeyemo stated as much.
In order for Nigeria to win the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which will be held in Morocco, he also encouraged the NFF to concentrate on selecting players who are based in the country.
The 35th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, also known as the Total Energies CAF, will take place in Morocco in 2025. He stated that the coach’s contract should be extended by the NFF.

If the Super Eagles are to beat their prior AFCON records, he advised the NFF and the team to concentrate on the upcoming AFCON and the qualifiers.
In order to win the title on their second try, Adeyemo stated that the team required more committed, capable, and driven players.
“If the international players are not ready, they should prepare more on training and playing quality friendly matches frequently with the home-based players,” he stated.

Adeyemo claimed that the Super Eagles performed admirably in winning the second spot at the Cote d’Ivoire-hosted AFCON in 2023.
Many Nigerians had no idea the squad would make it past the group stage, much less the final, going into the tournament.
“The coach should be kept on as he did a great job, as evidenced by the team’s ability to reach the championship game,” he stated.
Your point of view caught my eye and was very interesting. Thanks. I have a question for you.
