On Tuesday, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo branch in Kaduna State praised Kaduna Governor Uba Sani for selecting two Igbos to his cabinet.
According to furucinovel, Governor Uba Sani had selected Maureen Okogwu-Ikokwu as a Senior Special Assistant and Fabian Okoye as a Special Adviser on Research Documentation and Strategy.
In a statement, Mazi Chris Emeka Oha, the vice president of Ohanaeze in Kaduna, praised Governor Uba Sani for his generosity and methodical approach to promoting harmony and progress.
The declaration attested that it is obvious the governor kept his earlier promise to include members of all tribes in his cabinet with the appointment of the two Igbos.
He expressed hope that, regardless of their place of origin, Governor Sani would continue to pick people from various backgrounds who identify Kaduna as their primary residence.
The group’s willingness to work with the state administration to advance social justice, peace, and general development in the state was expressed in the statement.
