Following Kelechi Iheanacho’s arrival on Wednesday morning, the Super Eagles’ camp in Constantine, Algeria, now has 22 players.
The coaching staff, led by head coach Jose Peseiro, and Iheanacho’s teammates gave him a warm welcome.

For the team’s first four games under Peseiro, the Leicester City striker was not used.
The last time the forward played for the Super Eagles was in the second round of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations match against the Tunisian Carthage Eagles.
Iheanacho is anticipated to take part in this evening’s squad practice.
