Mohamed Salah, a forward for Liverpool, has sent a poignant tribute for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s burial on Monday.

As they bid their Queen a final farewell, it was an occasion unlike any other that brought nearly every household in Great Britain together.
However, the Egyptian international, one of Liverpool’s captains, decided to honor him by sending a tweet on his Twitter account.

In a tweet, Salah said: “Today, the people of the United Kingdom and the entire globe pay tribute to and send adieu to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, honoring her legacy and unyielding dedication.
“On this important and sentimental day, my thoughts are with the Royal Family.”
