In two friendlies this month, the Super Eagles will now take on the Algerian Desert Foxes.

On Friday, September 23, Jose Peseiro’s squad will play a team that is primarily composed of locals at Constantine’s Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium.

The national squad of Algeria is getting ready for the 2023 African Nations Championship, which will take place there.

Initially, it was anticipated that the Super Eagles from home would play the Algerians in the match.

The three-time champions of Africa will then play the Desert Foxes at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium in Oran four days later.

In preparation for the friendly, the team started camp on Monday in Constantine.

There are already 18 players at camp, and more are scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.
