The Abia state roads and geometric power plant will be commissioned by Tinubu

On February 26, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will formally open three newly repaired highways in Abia State that were repaired by Governor Alex Chioma Otti.

Prince Okey Kanu, the state commissioner for information and culture, made the announcement public via a press statement that was made available to reporters on Saturday morning.

This ceremony marks a first for the present Nigerian administration as the president commissions a road built by their team of governors.

The Abia state administration has announced that three roads—Omoba road, Jubilee road, and Queens street—will soon be commissioned.

Since Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, assumed leadership of the state eight months ago, this is the ninth road to be commissioned in Aba.

Along with this activity, Mr. President will commission the Geometric Power Plant in Aba on Monday, February 26th. The plant will ensure that Aba and its surroundings have a constant supply of electricity.
