Zamfara State’s Governor Dauda Lawal has given his approval for the appointment of 14 Sole Administrators, who will be responsible for controlling the state’s various local governments.
In each of the state’s 14 Local Government Areas, Secretaries and Supervisory Councillors were also appointed at the same time as the Sole Administrators.

Sulaiman Bala Idris, the spokesperson for the Governor, indicated in a statement that was released on Friday that the appointees were carefully picked based on their previous accomplishments and track records.
According to the announcement, Governor Dauda Lawal has selected sole administrators for each of the state’s 14 local government areas as part of his efforts to better serve the people of the state.
According to the statement made by Mallam Abubakar Nakwada, who serves as the Secretary to the State Government, “the appointment includes that of the Local Government Secretaries and Supervisory Councillors.”

“The terms of these appointments are for a period of one half year, and it is up to the House of Assembly of Zamfara State to approve them.
