The second stanza of the 2023–2024 season will resume on a later date, according to the Nigeria National League, or NNL.
The resumption date has been rescheduled to Friday, March 1, 2024, from Friday, February 16, 2024.

The declaration was made by the NNL board on Wednesday following their meeting in Abuja.
According to the NNL, the change in date is meant to make sure teams complete their mid-season player registrations and medicals.
They also promised to give each of the 40 clubs in the league better conditions so they could compete effectively.

At the moment, Sporting Supreme and Wikki Tourists are at the top of Conference C and D, while Madiba FC and Ikorodu City are at the top of Conference A and B.
From each group, two teams will advance to the playoffs, where the league champion will be determined.
