Gabriel Jesus of Arsenal has provided an update on the timeline for his recovery, telling UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov that he hopes to rejoin the Gunners’ lineup in four to five weeks.
In Sunday’s Premier League match at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal defeated Manchester United 3-2 as Jesus, 25, watched from a box.

At halftime, Nurmagomedov, who was in the box next to them, stopped by for a conversation.
Jesus underwent knee surgery after suffering an injury during the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. He is now recovering.
All Arsenal supporters have been wondering when Jesus would return, but manager Mikel Arteta has been keeping his cards close to his breast.

The Brazilian international, though, informed Nurmagomedov that he should return earlier than anticipated.
Jesus responded, “Perhaps another four or five weeks, then I’ll be returning.”
