This was revealed in a statement published on Monday by Buhari’s media adviser, Garba Shehu.
According to him, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in contact with the Burkinabe authorities and is awaiting the outcome of their inquiry into the regrettable incident, as well as ensuring that all perpetrators are appropriately sanctioned.
He went on to say that the Federal Government of Nigeria would make every attempt to find the mortal remains of the victims and survivors of the attack.
