Wike implores Nigerians to pray for Tinubu as he is facing economic trouble

Nigerians should pray for President Bola Tinubu because it is not easy dealing with the rising cost of living, according to Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Because Tinubu’s administration was striving to ease the problems, Wike reassured Nigerians that the present economic suffering was merely a temporary setback.

Wike asked Nigerians to have patience with Tinubu and his government while he spoke during the flag-off of the Kwa Kwa, Karimo road in Abuja.

The minister claims that the president has good intentions toward Nigerians.

Mr. President has requested that we inform you that what we are doing is not a favor; rather, you are entitled to it, Wike added. We’re just carrying out our duty; nothing special is being accomplished.

I would want to express my gratitude to all of the council chairmen who have pledged to collaborate regardless of their political affiliation. It is important to keep in mind that Mr. President ran on a platform of renewed optimism. People will suffer if we don’t cooperate, and that won’t happen on our watch.

I can promise you that whatever is happening right now is just a temporary setback, even though it may not be as we want it to be right now. The issues we’re now experiencing will, I promise you, shortly disappear. Because it takes time to recover from adversity, we ask that you please be patient. The government is working on policies to help you recover, but they could be having an impact on you.

Pray that President Tinubu has the wisdom and health to lead the country through this challenging time. I have faith in the President’s intentions for our nation.
